Mia Tutor terms

Who you are buying from

Uni Admissions Prep Ltd, trading as UniGenius (company 17325935, registered in England and Wales), registered office 28 Denton Close, Barnet EN5 3AP, United Kingdom. These terms apply with our general Terms and Privacy policy; where they differ for Mia Tutor, these terms apply.

What Mia Tutor is

Mia, our AI tutor, in every GCSE and A-level subject we teach, up to 200 questions a day for each learner; a weekly report for each learner, opened from a private link; and a plan to your school mocks, subject by subject.

It does not include our full GCSE or A-level courses, which are sold on their own. Mia can make mistakes: check anything important against your teacher or the exam board's own materials. If Mia is unavailable for a time (a provider outage or our daily running limit), she is back as soon as it clears. We promise no grade.

Price and renewal

£9.99 a month or £79 a year, by card through Stripe. The price includes any VAT due. A plan renews at the end of each month or year until you cancel.

The family plan

One plan covers the person who pays and up to 3 more learners, each on their own free account, joined by the invite link on the tutor page. The person who pays can remove a learner at any time; a learner can leave at any time. The person who pays can see each learner's weekly report.

The free week

7 days of everything above, for one learner, once per account. No card is taken and nothing is charged when it ends.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from your tutor page. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing renews after that. When you subscribe you ask for access straight away, which ends the 14-day cancellation right; the guarantee below still applies.

Money-back guarantee

Not useful? Within 30 days of your first payment for your plan, press "Refund me" on your tutor page and we refund every payment you have made for it. Once per account.

The 30 days run from your first payment for Mia Tutor. The refund goes back to the card you paid with, and Mia Tutor ends at once, a free week included. The guarantee can be used once per account. Nothing here affects rights you have by law.

Your data

We keep the subjects you pick, your free week's dates and your answers on our courses to run Mia and the reports. The report shows counts and topic names only, never your written answers. Deleting your account deletes them.
